ASH Return Policy
ASH offers a 14-day return policy for full refunds (minus shipping costs) from the date the goods are received if customers are not completely satisfied. An exchange or credit note is available within 30 days of receipt. Credit notes expire after 2 months. Items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and labels, and shoes must not show wear or damage. Returns beyond the allowed periods or with signs of use will not be accepted.
