Shipping policy Orders which are received before 3PM (Monday to Friday) will be sent out that day. The companies that we use to deliver are Royal Mail, My Hermes or Yodel. Refund policy Here at Bunty we offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy. The item must be in new condition still and not damaged. If the original packaging has been removed for example to try on a harness but it doesn't fit then don't worry. We will happily exchange it still. Please contact us before returning your item so you can get a free post label ensuring a safe and quick return of your product. Please note we only offer free post labels when an item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent out. If you have ordered in error or don't like the item then you would be liable for the shipping charges back.
