Dowdle Folk Art allows returns for unopened, unused puzzles within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original sealed packaging and undamaged boxes. Exchanges for different puzzles of similar price or refunds are available under these conditions. Custom puzzle orders and art are not eligible for return or exchange. If a puzzle is received damaged, customers may qualify for a refund or replacement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The right to limit claims and credits is reserved.
