Feathered Friends Return Policy

Feathered Friends offers customers the flexibility to return or exchange items if needed. For purchases made during November and December, there is a 60-day return window from the order receipt date. Items must be in new condition with all tags attached. Returns can be initiated through the return page, where customers can generate a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Customers have the option to use any shipping provider or a pre-paid UPS label, with the latter incurring a deduction from the refund. Certain products such as custom-made items and technical climbing gear are excluded from returns and exchanges.
