Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned in the original packaging. Homeware must also be returned in its original state. Earrings, for hygiene reasons, are not returnable. Items with makeup or tan marks, perfume odors, alterations, missing tags, or that have been washed will not be considered fit for resale and thus not eligible for a refund.
