Heinz to Home Return Policy

Customers can cancel their orders within 14 days of delivery if they change their minds or wish to cancel. It is required that the goods be returned unused and in their original packaging at the customer's expense. Heinz to Home will process refunds within five working days upon agreement to refund, using the original payment method. For issues such as lost, incorrect, or damaged goods, customers should report the problem within 30 days of delivery, with photos if necessary.
