Quickplay Sport Return Policy

Quickplay Sport's return policy stipulates that new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. These items must be in their original packaging and unopened to be eligible for a refund. Return requests must be initiated through the return page. Opened or used products, custom orders, personalized items, spare parts, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are deducted from the refund, which excludes original shipping charges. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection, with any non-reimbursable charges deducted.
