At Subdued, customers have 15 days from the order shipment date to request a return. Once a return request is made online, there is a 30-day window for the returned items to reach their warehouse in Italy. The cost of the return shipping falls on the customer, unless there is an active free return promotion or the items are defective or incorrect. Items returned in non-salable conditions, worn, or without hygiene and sales tags are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt, and it can take up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on the bank's processing times.
