Canada Pooch Return Policy

Canada Pooch offers customers the ability to return items within 15 days from the date of initial delivery for a refund or store credit. To be eligible, products must be in new condition, with tags and packaging intact, and free of dog hair. All garments undergo inspection. Face masks and toys are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or store credit. A return shipping label charge of $7 applies for refunds to the original payment method.
